Astrozap has developed the ultimate in dew prevention with their flexible dew shield. Designed for Meade 8" LXD75 or LXD55 Telescopes, this flexible dew shield has one notch to compensate a mounting sidebar. This flexible dew shield has been expertly crafted from lightweight and durable black ABS plastic.
Sewn Velcro strips facilitate quick wrap-around placement onto the corrector plate rim. A two-inch rubber trim also wraps around the OTA to prevent any slippage. The interior is felt-lined to help absorb moisture and to prevent extraneous light from reaching the optics. The flexible dew shield lays flat or rolls up for easy storage.
