Baader 2" Standard Eyepiece Extension

This Baader 2" Standard Eyepiece Extension consists of two parts, a T2-17 2" Deluxe Clamping Eyepiece holder, and a 2" barrel. The T2-17 contains a captive bronze compression ring, as well as large stainless steel thumbscrews to avoid causing damage to your eyepiece or accessory. The inclusion of the 2-point screws provide a 3-point attachment to completely inhibit any wobble. While some motion is still enabled by most single clamp screws, having the 2-point screws restrict such motion to a bare minimum. Additionally, users who are physically unable to firmly grasp the thumbscrew can now use the two screws to double the locking force. The holder is precisely machined to fit your eyepieces with slop kept to a minimum for a tight, accurate fit that maintains correct centering on the optical axis. The holder features 2" internal thread identical to the SCT rear thread. This lets the holder be threaded directly into Schmidt-Cassegrains for the widest views possible.
