AstroZap Focus Cap for 10" SCT

The 10" SCT Focus Cap from AstroZap uses the popular design of the Bahtinov mask's three off-axis masks design that is perfect for admitting starlight. But that is not all that it does. Using the center knob allows the inside panel to rotate, closing the holes and making this the perfect dust cap. Who doesn't love a product that can do two things instead of just one? Sharp focus and dust protection for the optics are important for any observer and imager. This product does both with ease.
This focus cap is proudly made in the USA and is made from lightweight aluminum and powder coated black. This gives it an nice aesthetic vibe. It can be screwed firmly into place with the three thumbscrew.
The AstroZap Focus Cap 10" SCT fits telescopes with outside diameters from 11" to 11.7" (280mm-289mm). Please measure your telescope before ordering.
